New App from Connect for Android platforms

Our IT boffins have been hard at work over the past few months to deliver our brand new telephone answering app and we are pleased to announce that it is now live and available for download.

What is this new app and what can it do for me?

Our new app has been designed for the Android platform and should run on mobile phones and tablets that are powered by Android.

It’s main purpose is for existing clients to access all their messages, view their divert or smart number and also contact their account manager.

Can I view messages from today, last week or last month?

Yes, the app runs in real-time so as soon as a message has been taken it will be available to view, there is also an option to view past messages either by single date, a date range or by billing period.

How do I download the app to my phone?

The easiest way is to visit the Google Play Store and search for “Connect Telephone Answering Service” or if you are viewing this blog on your phone already you can click here to download and install.

I have an iPhone, will it work for me?

Not yet, our next stage of development of the app is for access from the iOS platform (the iPhone equivalent of the Android platform), we hope that this will be available for clients next year.
