Our professional and friendly virtual assistants will greet your callers as you request and from there act as if they were sat in the front of your office or practice. They can access your online diary to book, amend, cancel or confirm appointments – ensuring effective diary management.
We have experience of a wide range of diary systems including 10to8, Bookeo, Google Diary, Cliniko, PracticePal and many more. But don’t worry if you don’t already have an online diary – we can provide one for no extra charge.
No charge for extra time
Unlike other services, only messages sent to you are applied to your monthly tariff allowance, not time spent on calls. So, even if your client needs extra information, you don’t pay extra for the time we spend answering their questions.

Coventry based Electricians
A small firm of electricians that carry out residential and commercial work contacted us in early September 2020 as they knew they were missing a lot of calls. Covering Coventry and the surrounding areas, they had grown rapidly in the past 3 years and were now finding that the way they dealt with incoming telephone calls needed addressing.
Calls, including new enquiries, were all going to one mobile phone, the director’s. He would answer, if available, and then usually take some brief details and organise a call back from an electrician closest to the job. They knew this was not ideal but had no idea just how must potential business they were losing because of missed calls or the inevitable mistakes that were creeping in.

Chiropractic Clinic
Our client offers communities in West Fife and beyond a friendly and professional service for Chiropractic care. They treat chronic back pain, acute neck pain, young children, pregnant women and elite athletes.
Callers, as always, are greeted in our client’s name, our operators then access their online diary (www.appointy.com) and book new and existing patients in for treatment. Originally the clinic was only going to use our service as an overflow but have been so impressed decided to outsource all their calls to us.
South West based Private Medical Practice
Medical practice carrying out a range of age reversing treatments including botox and dermal fillers. All treatments are administered by trained doctors with clinics based in the South West of England.
Our operators have been trained to answer calls in the clinic’s name, access their online diary and to make/cancel/amend appointments. Details of the appointment are then emailed to the relevant clinic.
