Telephone Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours Per Week: minimum 35 hour contract (Mon-Fri)
Salary: £14,560 rising to £17,108 OTE
Location: Straiton, South Edinburgh
We are looking for candidates with great communication skills, a professional but friendly style and a passion for providing great customer service.
The successful candidate will join our inbound contact centre where you will act as a virtual receptionist by answering and directing client calls in the friendly environment of our modern office on the outskirts of Edinburgh (near IKEA). Reporting to the team leader, you will get to know a wide range of businesses and industries and receive excellent on-going training to develop your skills and performance.

Our clients outsource their inbound call handling to us to provide everything from reception and message taking to diary management and customer service.

- You have excellent customer service skills in a contact centre or office environment.
- You have a friendly and professional manner,
- You make accuracy and attention to detail a priority in your work,
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing,
- You are confident multitasking between speaking to callers and using a computer and have good keyboard skills.
- You hold a Standard Grade in English at grades 1-3, GCSE English at grades A-C or equivalent.
