Our selection process is straightforward with just 4 stages:
2) Introductory call
If you are a suitable candidate we will call you to tell you a little more about the position, answer any question you might have and, of course, get to know you a little.
3) Telephone interview
Our first interview stage is a telephone interview which takes about 15 to 20 minutes. We will discuss your CV and experience.
Our final selection stage is an interview in person. It is fairly informal and will include competency questions, discussion of some of your relevant skills and previous experience and may include a short numeracy or interpretation test.
